In 2019, based on the concept of big data control, we established the “Lean Manufacturing APS Management System”, an intelligent IoT manufacturing system that integrates the sales, production, and equipment data chains of the enterprise. This system enables real-time dynamic monitoring and control of material and labor costs in cable manufacturing, realizes the dynamic display capability of digital workshops
In July 2021, the national standard compilation work of "Identification system for internet of things—Guideline for Ecode identification applications (Wires and Cables)" launch meeting of the first batch of Ecode construction quality traceability system were held in Guizhou. As one of the first Ecode trial units in the domestic wire and cable industry, the company applied Ecode to the entire production process in 2019. It has established a comprehensive quality traceability system, integrating information from the entire process of raw material procurement, product production and circulation, and importing it into the database of Article Numbering Center of China. The product has achieved information traceability, which is equivalent to establishing an electronic ID card for the product, while protecting the rights and interests of consumers, it has also improved the company's intelligent manufacturing level.
In 2024, the company will build the first 5G+AI large model digital factory in Guizhou Province, achieving full coverage of all information including the smart logistics system and AGV unmanned forklifts through a single network. By means of roaming in various scenarios, it will showcase the construction achievements of the factory area and the appearance of the surrounding twin scenes. All the company's information will be moved onto computers and stored in mobile phones, allowing for one-map perception and fingertip control of the entire factory. Build Guda into the most distinctive 5G+AI large model digital cable factory production base in Guizhou Province and even the whole country.
