Detailed description
Applications: Suitable for signal transmission, control, and measurement systems in electrical instruments and distribution devices within metallurgy, power, petrochemical, and other industrial and mining sectors.
Performance Characteristics: PVC-insulated cables have a maximum continuous operating temperature of 70°C, while XLPE-insulated cables can operate continuously at temperatures up to 90°C. The minimum installation temperature is 0°C.
XLPE Insulated Control Cables: The minimum bending radius for non-armored cables is 8 times the cable diameter (8D), and for armored and metal-shielded cables, it is 12 times the cable diameter (12D).
PVC Insulated Control Cable: The minimum bending radius for non-armored and shielded flexible cables is 6 times the cable diameter (6D); for armored and metal shielded cables, it is 12 times the cable diameter (12D). Here, D represents the cable outer diameter.
