Scope of application: This product is a cable for the transmission of telephone, telegraph, fax documents, television and radio programs, data and other electrical signals, and refers to cables for short-range audio communication and long-range high-frequency carrier and digital communication and signal transmission.
Product Features:
● The conductive core adopts soft copper wire.
● Insulation with solid core polyolefin, foamed polyolefin or foamed solid core-skin polyolefin.
● Wire pairs: wire pairs are composed of insulated wire cores of different colors.
● Cable core structure: stranded wire pairs form sub-units, basic units and pairs of super units. The outside of the unit is sparsely wrapped around the logo ribbon. A cable core usually consists of one or more units.
● Filler (for filled cables only); core gap filled with water-blocking compound.
● Comprehensive sheath: the cable core is longitudinally covered with a layer of double-sided plastic-coated composite aluminum tape as shielding, and a layer of black low-density polyethylene is extruded on the outside to form a moisture-proof sheath layer.
● Self-supporting cable: 8-shaped extrusion die is used to extrude self-supporting steel cable and aluminum-plastic longitudinal cable core at the same time.
● Armoring (applicable to armored cables 23, 22 and 53); Two layers of galvanized steel tape (applicable to cables 23 and 22) or one layer of plastic-coated steel tape (applicable to cables 53) are wrapped around the composite sheath.
● External protection (applicable to armored cables 23, 22, 53): a layer of polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride is extruded on the armor layer.
● Provide anti-rodent, termite, chemical resistance and flame retardant cables according to user requirements.
